How do I get free shipping?

Free shipping within the U.S. is automatic with an ornament order of $49 or more!  All shipping costs are calculated before checkout. Please note that piggy banks do not qualify for free shipping.

How are items packaged?

Each item is individually packaged in either a gift box or gift bag depending on the ornament selected. This makes gift giving even easier!

How long before my order gets shipped?

It usually takes up to 2 days to process an order and an additional 2-3 days to ship by standard USPS mail. We recommend customers allow 5-7 business days after ordering for the products to arrive.

How do I track the status of my order?

You can check on the status of your order anytime simply by signing in on our website with your email address and password. All the details regarding your order can be found under the  “My Orders” tab.

You will also be able to see a tracking number for your shipment once it is in the possession of the USPS and will be able to address any shipping concerns directly with them. If you have any other questions, please contact us.

What if I provided an incorrect or insufficient shipping address?

Incorrect or insufficient addresses may delay your shipment. Additionally, you may incur extra charges for address correction by the USPS or other shipping services. A $6.50 reshipment fee may be charged to your credit card if an order is returned to us by the USPS or other carrier because we were provided with an incorrect address.

When should I contact the USPS or shipping service directly?

Occasionally there are situations that happen that are out of our control. If these situations arise, please address your concerns directly with the USPS or other shipping service as applicable:

  • The USPS tracking information confirms that the package was delivered to the address you provided.
  • The package is lost after the USPS has accepted the parcel from us.
  • The USPS tracking system indicates that the package is still in transit, out for delivery, or that the delivery status has not been updated.

What are your shipping rates for domestic and international shipping (Canada only)?

Shipping rates are calculated at the check out stage of the ordering process. After entering your shipping address, the rate will be calculated before payment details are requested. Remember, all orders over $49 qualify for free USPS standard shipping anywhere in the U.S.. We typically ship USPS but also offer UPS Ground, UPS Next Day Air, and Fedex.
