How fast will my ornament ship?
Every order is personalized and shipped within 24 hours, even during the holiday rush. You’ll get a tracking email as soon as it leaves our workshop. Most U.S. orders arrive in 1–5 business days with standard shipping.
Can I change a name or my shipping address after ordering?
Yes, as long as it hasn’t shipped yet. Email info@myornament.com right away with your order number and we’ll do our best to update it before it reaches the shipping department.
Is shipping free?
Yes on all U.S. orders over $59. Expedited options (3-Day, 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air) are available at checkout for tighter deadlines.
My ornament arrived damaged or misspelled. What now?
Let us know within 14 days. Email a clear photo with your order number. If it was our mistake or damaged in transit, we’ll send a free replacement right away. If it was a typo on the order, we’ll offer a discounted remake.
Do you offer discounts on bulk or corporate orders?
Yes. Laser-personalized ornaments for clients, employees, and events ship as fast as next business day. See corporate gifting or choose “Corporate / bulk order” in the form.
