Each ornament has a personalization area with a maximum character count. These are required to ensure each name fits in the specified space.

Do I have to include a year on my order?

No. All fields (including the year or date are optional. Each product will be personalized according to the information you provide.

Can I add emojis?

No. Unfortunately we cannot personalized emojis.

How do I know what my ornament will look like when it is personalized?

When entering personalization information the names will appear on the blank ornament to show you a representation what it will look like. Please note this is just a mockup - the final product looks much better.

Can I personalize with a different language?

It depends. We can personalize in a lot of languages. If you have questions or concerns about a specific or uncommon one please reach out to our customer service team.

Can I modify the ornament design?

Alterations to ornament appearance and design, such as color of hair, dog or clothing, cannot be made.
