How Fast Do Personalized Ornaments Ship?
Order Processing Time: All ornament orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of an order being received. Our production team works 6 days a week for most of the year, and 7 days a week during the peak holiday season.
Shipping Confirmation: Once an order has been placed, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. Please check your spam folder if you have not received the email within 24 hours.

We keep our 24-hour shipping promise even during the busiest time of year. However, carrier delays are out of our control. Please order early for guaranteed holiday delivery!

We offer free shipping on all orders over $49 and discount expedited shipping options. We offer multiple shipping methods to meet your timeline and budget needs, including; economy shipping, priority shipping, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air through UPS, FEDEX, and USPS for shipments within the US. At checkout, you’ll see a variety of shipping options available for your convenience.
Domestic shipping rates apply to the contiguous 48 States in the U.S. (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands). Domestic Shipping rates are not available internationally.

Yes! We ship personalized ornaments worldwide! International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order contents.

Most U.S. orders arrive within 1-5 business days using standard shipping. faster options like Priority or Express are also available. Tracking information is provided as soon as your order ships.
Where Do Orders Ship From?
Most orders ship from our fulfillment center in sunny Florida, where the magic (and personalization) happens. For some international destinations, we also ship from our European facility to help reduce delivery times and customs delays.
Can I Ship Ornaments as Gifts to Different Addresses?
Absolutely! You can ship your personalized ornaments directly to gift recipients during checkout. This makes holiday gift-giving convenient and saves you shipping time (and money).

Can I Ship To A PO Box or APO/FPO Address?
Yes, we ship within the continental U.S. & Alaska & Hawaii. Standard shipping is available for PO Box and APO/FPO deliveries, though some expedited options may not be available depending on carrier restrictions.
Can I Change My Shipping Address After Ordering?
Yes, but only if your order hasn’t shipped yet. Contact us immediately at info@myornament.com and we’ll do our best to update your address. You can also contact us via our website chat.
What If I Provided An Incorrect Or Insufficient Shipping Address?
Incorrect or insufficient addresses may delay your shipment. Additionally, you may incur extra charges for address correction by the USPS or other shipping services. A $6.50 reshipment fee may be charged to your credit card if an order is returned to us by the USPS or other carrier because we were provided with an incorrect address.
