Unfortunately Santa Claus doesn’t offer delivery for our Christmas Ornaments. But at MyOrnament.com we are committed to providing our customers with a fun and seamless shopping experience, including fast and reliable shipping. Below you’ll find details of our shipping policy, which outlines shipping methods, delivery times, and other costs to ensure there are no surprises when shopping with us.

The policy covers all orders placed through the website for both domestic and international shipping, where applicable. By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions in our policies.

How long does it take to process an order?

All orders are processed within 24 hours during normal business days. During the Holiday season we are usually able to process orders 7 days per week. You should expect to receive a shipping confirmation email within one business day upon placing your order. If you do not get a confirmation email within 48 hours please check your spam or junk folder.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We understand how excited and eager you are to get your order, which is why they are fulfilled within 24 hours. Deliver times depend on service chosen, location, and are carrier dependant.

Can I Change the Shipping Address of a current order?

You can only change your shipping address within the first 30 minutes after completing an order. The reason is we are constantly processing orders to ensure our industry leading order fulfillment. Visit your account page to change the delivery address here. If you are outside the 30 minute window we may be able to help by emailing our warehouse at info@myornament.com. Please put <URGENT SHIPPING CHANGE> in the subject line.

Can I Check The Status Of My Order Online?

Once your order is ready to ship, our warehouse will send you an email confirmation with the tracking number to the email address you entered during checkout. You can check your order status online here. Please note: it may take up to 24 hours for USPS, UPS, or FEDEX to show updated order status on your order.

Do you ship to international destinations?

Yes, we ship internationally! However, please note our free shipping option does not apply to states or countries outside of the contiguous US. International rates are calculated upon checkout and are dependent on the items in your shopping cart. All options, including economy and expedited shipping are offered where applicable.

Can I ship a package to another address?

YES! Of course we’d love for you to be getting our great products also but you can choose the shipping destination of your choice upon checkout.

How much does it cost to ship to a location in the United States?

We offer free shipping on all orders over $49 and discount expedited shipping options. For orders less than $49 we have a variety of shipping options including; economy shipping, priority shipping, 2nd Day Air, and Next Day Air through UPS, FEDEX, and USPS for shipments within the US.

Domestic shipping rates apply to the contiguous 48 States in the U.S. (excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands). Domestic Shipping rates are not available internationally.

How much duty and taxes are charged on international orders?

Duties (or Customs tariffs) are set by the destination country Customs authorities and determined based on a combination of the country of origin (manufacturing) of the goods being purchased and the classification of that merchandise in accordance with a harmonized system. You are responsible for determining these costs.

Does my order qualify for free shipping?

We are pleased to continue offering free standard shipping for all orders over $49. If you would like to take advantage of our great expedited shipping rates you can upgrade your shipping during checkout.

How can I track my order?

The easiest way to track your order is to review the shipping confirmation email you received. (Please check your spam and junk mail folders if you cannot find it.) The email contains a tracking number that you can click on and get the latest shipment updates. We also have a Shipment Tracker page on our website available here.

Do you ship to a PO Box?

MyOrnament.com ships within the continental U.S. & Alaska & Hawaii. We offer a standard shipping option if you wish to ship to a PO Box, though not all products may be eligible.

How do I get help with shipping issues?

What if I provided an incorrect or insufficient shipping address?

>Incorrect or insufficient addresses may delay your shipment. Additionally, you may incur extra charges for address correction by the USPS or other shipping services. A $6.50 reshipment fee may be charged to your credit card if an order is returned to us by the USPS or other carrier because we were provided with an incorrect address.

How are items packaged?

Each item is individually packaged in either a gift box or gift bag depending on the ornament selected. This makes gift giving even easier!
