The item is excellent, however, the writing on the gift is entirely off center. I'm so glad this isn't a gift for someone because I would not be give it away.

This was better than expected. I received the merchandise quickly and it was carefully packaged. I thought it was plastic because I didn't read the description very well, but it is ceramic and will be a great keepsake for many years.

This is a phenomenal ornament. It’s very well done, and the colors are amazing. The only thing I wish was made clear is that one of the elephants has red toenails making it appear female, but that wasn’t clear when placing the orders for the personalization.
