E
Beautiful quality. However, I had sent in my child’s name, first and middle, with no information regarding character limitations. When I received my item only my child’s middle name was on the ornament with the packing list clearly listing both and being signed off as quality checked. When I messaged for customer service I was told the full name was too long. If I had been notified, or if the first name had been used instead, all would be well. The only solution offered was a 30% discount to re-order when the shop was already running a 35% sale. I understand the limitations but wish that I had been notified and could’ve requested just her first name listed so I wouldn’t have to re-order and have a wasted ornament.

Great ornament now that I’ve re-purchased and not had issues with the customization. Be sure to confirm everything the first time and only use one name instead of first and middle because customer service won’t work with you when they mess up an item. The quality really is great and the shipping is fast.
E
Very colorful and clean design.
