This was my first time ordering from My Ornament, and it definitely won't be my last. I was extremely impressed with the entire experience. The ornament is beautifully made, the personalization was exactly as requested, and it arrived surprisingly quickly—even with standard shipping.
I've ordered personalized ornaments from several other companies over the years, and this one is by far the highest quality. The lettering is crisp and precise, the colors are vibrant and flawless, and there are no smudges or imperfections. It's a beautiful keepsake that I know will be enjoyed for many years to come. I highly recommend My Ornament to anyone looking for a high-quality personalized ornament.
Hi Suzanne, thank you so much for your wonderful review! We're thrilled to hear you loved the ornament and our service. Looking forward to creating more special keepsakes for you in the future!

In the preview the sample shows that the year is on the star. When putting in personalized information there is no area to put a year on. Mine does not have a year on it.

I had a total of 9 names for the ornament and at least 3 of them where smudged because it was wrapped in the paper before the ink dried. My sister and I will likely use some kind of remover to take those names off and re-write them. Also, I thought the number of marshmallows would only be the number of names, which is not the case. If you do not have 10 names to use, you end up with blank marshmallows and it just looks odd (this is more of a mistake on my part for not reading the whole description). The ornament itself is cute and came without damage. I was just disappointed in the smudging and the empty marshmallow.
