The ornament was personalized beautifully. My 3 years old granddaughter absolutely loved her ornament and wanted to immediately put it on "her" tree. It was very nicely made, perfect size and the colors were a nice Mellow pink. I did have an issue with my order and reached out to the seller/company and they were very quick to respond, courteous and handled my issue promptly. I will continue to order ornaments (I bought three this year) from this seller, Holiday Traditions Store.
