This is actually the second ornament I purchased from this shop. The first I got as a gift for a friend and they loved it so I decided to get one for myself. Whoever does the writing has amazing hand writing. Will def order from them again.

I couldn't give a higher rating for this shop, their items, and for their customer service. The items I orders arrived just as pictured and with great care in packaging. Because of a misunderstanding in the order, I was sent a new ornament without charge. I have never received such great customer service - this shop takes great pride in its work and aims to please. Please given them a try when you need a special one of a kind ornament.
You won't. be disappointed!

First lets start with the package as it was delivered the week before Christmas with "ornament" on the label. So kiss good bye any kind of Christmas day surprise! Next the quality control is nonexistant. One name was way off center amd almost off the edge and the text for city and state THEY PUT A COMMA IN THE CITY NAME AND NOT BETWEEN THE CITY AND STATE. Come on! What a waste of a neat surprise......

It looks better in person. I love how sparkly it is!
E
