The quality and craftsmanship was first class. Family tradition of adding special ornaments has made me start collecting ornaments for my granddaughter. The ornaments will help her remember special times. This dinosaur represents the special dinosaur hunt which included her digging up plastic dinosaur parts that we had hidden for her in our yard. The dinosaur ornament has her name and year and it was inside a padded box and that was packaged in a beautiful padded envelope. It included a “Caution: Contents will bring Smiles.” With the little extra care and the sweet caution that this company included, I will definitely be ordering from this company again.

Ornament arrived well-packaged, and on time. Engraving was correct. My 2-year old grandson dropped his ornament, and it broke off at the legs. Disappointed, since this was his "special ornament." Chose this ornament because it was resin. But, due to the design (with legs being thin and narrow) it's not as sturdy as I had hoped.
