Hi there! Thank you for leaving a review. We apologize for any confusion regarding the personalization of your Pink Baby Carousel 1st Personalized Ornament. Our team personalized the ornament with the name 'Wrennley' as it exceeded the character count for 'Wrennley Jaymes.' Thank you for your understanding!

The year was not put on it
Hi 'c.'. Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on the Baby's 1st Christmas ornament. We sincerely appreciate all feedback. In regards to your comment, we have no control over the Etsy personalization functionality and we personalize only what the customer entered. In this case there was no year so we did not personalize it. (While not common, some customers choose not to include the year). We are sorry it didn't live up to your expectations but if you would like the year included please send it back to us and we will be happy to include it. Wishing you and your family a great day.

Very cute ornament. Arrived quickly and was liked very much by my family. The seller worked very quickly and the ornament looks perfect.
E
Beautiful ornament! I
misunderstood and didn't realize I needed to request the date. Maybe in the personalized portion it could have two sections, one for name, one for date?
E
I love the ornament alot 🩷 The only complaint I have is the heart is pink in some spots, and not the others around the year (look at pic for reference )
E
Gift for friend baby! Can’t to get it to her

SO CUTE! Turnaround was very fast. I did not expect to get it before Christmas because I ordered so late, but it was in the mail within 24 hours and was on my tree with a couple days to spare. Highly recommend.

So cute
Loved my ornament
E
It is beautiful! I ordered it for a friend to give to her granddaughter. Wish the wording in the heart could have been brighter or darker and could have included the word granddaughter’s first Christmas. Not sure if we will need to find another.
E
A little disappointed my 5 letter name could not be put on the hat, instead it's on the horse's leg. It is nice, and a heavy weight quality wise. Wish the lettering in the middle was darker, it's white but very light and hard to read.
E
Ornament was beautifully done. I love the 2 hearts over her name. Item very much matched the description.

Even though my daughter is 7 years old I was looking for an ornament that has her birth year. I cannot say how pretty this piece is, it's truly beautiful and it was also wrapped very well. Shipping was incredibly fast. Thank you so much for this beautiful ornament!!
E
Seller was prompt in responding to my personalization request. I only wish the letters on the heart were black so they would be more visible. Otherwise it’s a cute ornament for our newest granddaughter. It will be hung on our Christmas tree for many years to come!!
E
The ornament turned out beautifully & customer service was helpful!
E
So perfect! Thank you so much! 💕
