How quickly do you respond to customer inquiries?

We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours.

Do you offer any discounts or promotions?

We are always running sales and promotions. You can sign up at the bottom of our home page to receive our emails and stay informed.

Personalization

How do I personalize my ornament?

Select your ornament, click the “Personalize Now” button on the listing, type your personalization into each field, check the spelling in the preview, then add to cart.

How are the ornaments personalized?

These keepsakes are meant to be enjoyed year after year. When personalizing we use a laser engraving machine or a special permanent oil based ink.

What information can I include on my personalized ornament?

You can include names, dates and short messages, depending on the ornament type.

Is there a character limit for personalization?

Yes, ornaments have a limit depending on the design. When you click the “Personalize Now” button on the listing, you can see how many characters are available on each line.

Can I use special characters or emojis in my personalization?

We support most standard special characters, but emojis are not available for technical reasons.

Do you offer different font styles for personalization?

No, we do not offer different font styles at this time.

Can I personalize both sides of the ornament?

Most of our ornaments have only one side that can be personalized. A preview of where each ornament can be personalized is available when you click the “Personalize Now” box on the listing.

How do I ensure my personalization is spelled correctly?

When entering the text in the personalization fields, a preview of what you typed is available on the image of the ornament. There is another chance to check in your cart. Please double check before placing your order. We cannot guarantee a correction can be made once the order is submitted. Contact customer support if you are having difficulty.

Can I place an order without personalization?

Yes, you can.  Click the “Personalize Now button” and do not type anything on the personalization page.  Click add to cart. Your preview image in the cart will show an ornament without personalization.

Can I change my personalization after placing an order?

We cannot guarantee changes can be made after an order is placed. We process orders quickly. The best way to be sure the personalization is correct is to double check it in the cart before you submit your order.  Please contact customer support as soon as possible if there is a mistake on your personalization.

Can I get ornaments with specific years on them?

Yes, you can add any year to most of our personalized ornaments. There will be a personalization field for the year when you click the “Personalize Now” box on each listing.

Do I have to add a year on the ornament?

No,  you can leave any personalization field blank if you would like.

How much does personalization cost?

There is no additional cost to personalize an ornament

What types of ornaments do you offer for personalization?

We offer a variety of themed ornaments in polyresin, wood and glass. In the “All Categories” tab on the homepage you can see more than 25 categories of ornaments. Under the product description area on the listings, you can see what each ornament is made of.

Are there options for family ornaments with multiple names?

Yes, we have ornament designs that accommodate families big and small from 2 to 15 names. Have a look in the family section on the homepage to see what we’re offering.

Do you offer seasonal or themed ornaments?

Yes, we have designs for major holidays, life events and various themes like sports, hobbies, and professions.

Can I personalize ornaments for special occasions (weddings, graduations, etc.)?

Absolutely! We have designs suitable for most special life events.

Can I request a specific color scheme?

Our items are premade from our vendors. We are unable to alter the color scheme on them. We only customize the products with names, dates, messages etc.

Do you offer ornaments for pets?

Yes, we have a variety of pet-themed ornaments that can be personalized. Under the “All Categories” tab on the homepage, you can find a category specifically for pet ornaments.

Do you have ornaments for baby's first Christmas?

We offer multiple designs perfect for commemorating a baby's first Christmas. Check out the baby category under the “All Categories” tab on the homepage.

What's the size of your ornaments?

Our ornaments vary in size.  The best way to check the size of an ornament is to go to the ornament listing on the website and look under “product description”.

How much do your ornaments weigh?

The weight of the ornaments varies by material and size, typically ranging from 1 to 8 ounces.

Are your ornaments breakable?

Our polyresin ornaments are durable but can break when dropped on a hard surface.  The glass ornaments should be handled with care.  The wood ornaments are the most durable.  That being said, all ornaments should be handled with care so you can continue to enjoy them year after year.

Do you create ornaments for other holidays besides Christmas?

Yes, we offer ornaments for various holidays and occasions year-round.

Can you create custom designs for corporate events?

Yes, we offer custom design services for corporate and large-scale events. Please contact us by email hello@myornament.com  with details.

Do your ornaments come with a hanging ribbon or hook?

Yes, all ornaments come with a ribbon for easy hanging.

Do you offer any non-hanging personalized decorations?

We do have some tabletop decorations available. Under the All Categories tab on the home page, there is a table top section.

Ordering/Orders

How do I place an order?

Select your ornament, click the “Personalize Now” button on the listing, type your personalization into each field, check spelling in the preview,  add to cart (double check your personalization is correct in the cart), and proceed through our secure checkout process.
*** If you receive USPS mail at a PO Box please include a PO Box number to avoid returned packages***

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders are processed in one business day. Depending on the shipping option chosen at checkout, most packages will arrive within 4 days of shipment. Our standard shipping is USPS Ground Advantage which usually takes 2-4 days from our warehouse in Florida. There are other options at checkout for Priority, Air Saver and next day shipping. You will be given an estimated delivery time for each shipping service at checkout.  Please note that during high volume times shipments may take longer than anticipated by the USPS.  *** If you receive USPS mail at a PO Box please include a PO Box number to avoid returned packages***

Will I Receive an Order and Shipping Confirmation?

Yes you will receive an order confirmation email within 30 minutes of your order and a shipping confirmation email as well.  If you have not received a confirmation email please check your spam/junk mail.

What if I’m having an error at checkout?

Please double check that the correct billing address and zip code is being entered for the credit card being used. Be sure that you are entering the full credit card number, expiration date and security code. You can also try refreshing the page and entering the information again. If you are still experiencing an error please contact us by email hello@myornament.com or the live chat on our website.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, ShopPay and Venmo for a secure checkout.

Is there a minimum order quantity?

There is no minimum for individual orders. Bulk order discounts are given for 10 or more ornaments.

How do I apply a discount code to my order?

Enter the code in the designated “discount code” field during checkout. Be sure to enter the code before completing payment.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes, discounts are available for orders of 10 or more ornaments please contact customer support if you would like to make a bulk order.

Can I see a proof before my order is finalized?

There is a preview of your personalized ornament as you type in your personalization text on the website. Then there is another preview available in the shopping cart.  Once in the cart, you can check the personalization that was typed and then click the link next to the word “preview” that says “click to view image” to see how your ornament will be personalized.

What is your return policy for personalized items?

Due to their custom nature, personalized items cannot be returned unless defective.

Can I cancel or modify my order after it's been placed?

We cannot guarantee we will be able to modify an order after it has been placed. Please  contact customer support immediately and we will do our best to help.

What if there's a mistake in the personalization?

We download the personalization from the website to make sure the customer receives exactly what they typed in on the order. If the mistake is ours, we'll replace it free of charge. If the mistake was made by the customer during the initial order, a replacement can be ordered at a discount.

How long do I have to report an issue with my order?

Please report any issues within 7 days of receiving your order.

What if I put the wrong shipping address on my order?

Please contact customer support immediately.  If the order has not yet shipped, we can change the address for you.  If the order has already shipped, we can longer make changes to the address.  USPS offers a for fee service called  “USPS Package Intercept” that can be used with the tracking number to reroute a package. You can do this online or at your local Post Office.
