Refund and Returns Policy

Refund and Return Policy Overview:

We definitely prefer that errors and mishaps don't happen, but unfortunately, on occasion they do.

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of order. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Please send us a photo of the item in question to help us verify the issue.

Orders that include customized items personalized per the customer request are not eligible for return or refund unless there has been an error on our part or the product(s) arrived broken or damaged.

Please do not send your purchase back to us, unless we request it.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.

Exchanges:

Our customized items cannot be returned or replaced unless there is an error on our part, or if the item was broken or damaged in transit. Please be sure to attach a photo of the item when you contact us.

Refunds:

Upon receipt of your photo, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If a refund is approved, we will process your refund to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 5 business days to see the refund on your credit card account.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within 5 business days, please check with your bank or credit card first. Sometimes the financial institution is in receipt of the funds, but they have not yet posted them to your account.

Please email us at info@myornament.com to let us know if they do not see the refund after 5 business days.

Shipping returns:

If we request for you to return your product, you should mail your product to: 5103 Lena Rd, Suite 110, Bradenton, FL 34211. Please do not send your purchase back to us, unless we request it.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

The time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary, depending on where you live.

You may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
