Return Eligibility
Items Eligible for Return must be:
- Returned within 30 days of delivery
- In original, unused condition
- In original packaging (tags, and accessories included)
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
Items Not Eligible for Return
- Personalized or customized items (unless it contains a manufacturing defect / damaged)
- Gift cards and promotional certificates
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or “Clearance”
- Items damaged by misuse or normal wear
- Items returned after the 30-day return window
Return Process

Take a clear photo of the item showing the issue.

Email us at hello@myornament.com with your order number and a brief description of the problem.

Our team will respond within 24 hours with a resolution. If we made a mistake, we’ll fix it fast.
Refunds and Replacements

If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for it to appear on your statement.

If a return is requested, we’ll send you instructions. Return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund if the issue was not due to an error on our part.

In most cases, if we made an error or the item arrived damaged, we’ll send a free replacement right away.
