The first ornament had the year 2026 off to the left and when I called customer service they said it was a software issue they couldn't have been more excellent they got a replacement out right away with the year underneath the footprints the ornaments are beautiful and your customer service is excellent

I thought the glass ornament was going to be green, but it is white. It is very pretty, but the printing is so hard to see. It does not stand out on the white ornament. The printing was very neat.
