Gift at a Glance

A smiling soldier in a desert camouflage uniform and matching patrol cap holds a salute, silver dog tags at his chest, on a red, white, and blue shield topped with two white stars. The name and the year are laser engraved together on the white banner that curves across the bottom.

Why You'll Love It

Some years deserve a marker on the tree. A first duty station, a homecoming that finally happened, twenty years of service now behind him. This personalized Army Christmas ornament gives that year somewhere to live, in a shape everyone in the house recognizes on sight.

The camouflage is painted by hand, blotch by blotch, and the shield behind the soldier borrows straight from the flag. It reads as a tribute without getting solemn about it, which usually suits the soldier whose name is on it.

The engraving is done with a laser, so the name and year will not rub off or fade after a few seasons in a storage bin. Every ornament is gift wrapped and ships within 24 hours.

Helpful Details

The white banner across the lower shield carries both the name and the year on one engraved line. A gold loop at the top takes the satin ribbon that comes with the ornament, so it is ready to hang the moment the box is open. At 3 inches tall by 3 inches wide it sits flat against a front branch without crowding the ornaments around it.

Materials & Personalization

Hand-painted 3D polyresin, shaped as a patriotic shield with a blue top band, two white stars, and red and white stripes below. The soldier wears a desert camouflage jacket and patrol cap over a white undershirt, with silver dog tags and his right hand raised in a salute.

Personalization is laser engraved on the white banner at the bottom of the shield: the name and the year on a single line. Nothing else on the ornament is customer text, since the camouflage, dog tags, stars, and stripes are all part of the molded and hand-painted design. Includes a satin ribbon for hanging, arrives gift wrapped, and is personalized and ships within 24 hours.
