Gift at a Glance

A sailor in the white dress jumper and knotted blue neckerchief holds a salute under a white cover, set on a red, white, and blue shield topped with two white stars. The year is laser engraved on the white cover itself and the name on the banner curving across the bottom.

Why You'll Love It

Navy milestones rarely land in December. Boot camp graduation in February, a return from deployment in August, twenty years finished in the middle of spring. This personalized Navy Christmas ornament moves that date onto the tree, where the whole family sees it every year.

The details are painted by hand: the knotted blue neckerchief, the rating patch on the sleeve, the white cover sitting back off his forehead. Behind him the shield carries the stars and stripes, so it works on a patriotic USA tree as readily as a military one.

Laser engraving keeps the name and year sharp, with no ink to wear away after a few seasons in a bin. Every ornament is gift wrapped and ships within 24 hours.

Helpful Details

This design uses two engraved surfaces. The year sits on the white cover at the top of the figure and the name runs across the white banner at the bottom of the shield, so the two read separately rather than crowding one line. The shield is 3 inches tall by 3 inches wide with a flat back that hangs close to the branch, and a gold loop at the top takes the included satin ribbon.

Materials & Personalization

Hand-painted 3D polyresin in a patriotic shield shape, with a blue top band, two white stars, and red and white stripes below. The sailor wears the white dress jumper with a knotted blue neckerchief, a blue rating patch on the sleeve, a white cover, and his right hand raised in a salute.

Two fields are laser engraved: the year on the white cover and the name on the white banner at the bottom of the shield. Everything else, including the neckerchief, the rating patch, the stars, and the stripes, is molded and hand-painted design rather than customer text. Includes a satin ribbon for hanging, arrives gift wrapped, and is personalized and ships within 24 hours.
