Ornament replacement

I bought this exact ornament in 2009. The Christmas tree broke so I was in search of the same ornament to replace it. Thank goodness you had it available! Thank you for writing in the same year, too.

Thank you for sharing this special story with us! We’re so glad we could help replace such a meaningful ornament and keep the year the same. It truly means a lot to us.

Names rubbing off

Cute product, paid extra to arrive in time to gift to a friend who just had twins. Opened to find the names are written on with marker. One of the names was smudged so I used my finger to wipe it clean and the name started coming off too. A little disappointed but will still gift to friend and warn to keep dry.

It's perfect!

My ornament arrived on time and intact, and the names were accurate and done very neatly. The year was correct, and I was sure there would be a problem. But there wasn't. I was just perfect.

1 for the price of 2 🤷🏻‍♀️

This ornament is just beautiful!! It’s a perfect gift for anyone! I bought several ornaments for an engagement gift and this by far was the most special. Some of the others (from different vendors) didn’t even come with hanging ties. This came wrapped with care in a proper box. (hate to have to say that but you’d be very surprised at what I received from other businesses😞) I made a mistake and ordered 2 instead of 1. Tried to correct the mistake before it went out, thought I did. The day after my order I got a message on my phone from the company. A woman was inquiring about the print that I wanted on the ornaments. On 1 I had written “Upper case” and the other “lower case” she wanted to know which I preferred? At this point I realized that on my order it still said that I wanted 2 of that same ornament. The woman left me a message, when I called right back to tell her I only wanted ONE !! No one answered the phone, nor could I leave a message. I tried several times in the next few days to contact them to cancel the second one to no avail. It was impossible to reach them and I never got a call back😞 I am giving them 3 stars… Although the ornament is beautiful and I’m sure my newly engaged friends are going to love it….. I can’t imagine that they need TWO of the EXACT same ornament that says Ann & Kevin “Our First Christmas” 2023!🎄 I wish they would have called me about the duplicate question instead.!! Maybe I would have purchased another ornament from them! Very disappointed about that! If anyone knows of an Ann & Kevin getting married soon I have a beautiful ornament… 1/2 price! 🤣
